トーストマスターズ各クラブ会員の皆様、こんにちは。

私は、トーストマスターズに入会して7年近くになりますが、
今回、初めて全国大会の運営の
お手伝いをすることになり、
何もかもが初めての経験で
大会を作り上げていく大変さ
そして、難しさを体感しました。

しかし、運営側として
大変さだけではない
皆で力を合わせて
コンテストを形づくっていく
面白さや喜びも体感することができたのです。
運営側の1人として
意見を述べたり
アイデアを実行することで
普段の例会への参加だけでは得られないリーダーシップを取る勉強になり、自分に自信がついてきます。

コンテストを見に来てくださる
皆様が心の底から楽しめる
そして学びのあるコンテストに
なるように私も微力ながら
お手伝いさせていただけたら
と思っています。

皆様と会場でお会い出来るのを
楽しみにしています。

Dear Members of Toastmasters Club, and guests,

Hello, I'm guide leader.

Around seven years passed since I joined Toastmasters club, and this is first time for me to join this steering committee of District 76 Fall Conference.

All tasks, businesses, and actions are new for me, and I felt interest and delight with joining it even though there are many dificulties.

Conference and contests cannot be held by one person, but needed big power of many people. Toastmaters.

It was important chance for getting ledaership skill with suggesting about a plan, finding new idea, and make it true.

I was surprised that now I got more strong confidence compared to myself before joining it.

I really hope each of you enjoy, and get some tips through this conference, and I promice, I can support you to do it.

I cannot wait to see you!!

Greetings: fellow Toastmasters and Guests.

Welcome to our website.
I am really honored to be assigned as the English Evaluation Contest Chair.

Since 2013, I have attended every spring and fall conference. Every time I attended the conference I was greatly inspired and motivated.

The conference has a lot of enjoyable events, but the climax of the conference I think is the evaluation contests. Most prominent speakers from all around Japan will gather and compete with all their insights and all their energy. I was stunned with the versatility, the technique and the energy of great speeches; and I was hugely impressed how many talented human resources are there in Toastmasters!

Greater participation means increased chances for learning. Taking on a leadership role is also a great way to get to know other Toastmasters: excellent speakers are leaders.

I am really looking forward to seeing you at Fall Conference, where leaders are made.

みなとみらいトーストマスターズクラブ前会長の神です。
当ウエブサイトに御訪問頂きまして誠に有難う御座います。

この度、英語論評コンテスト委員長を仰せつかり大変光栄に存じます。

２０１３年からディストリクトの大会に毎回参加させて頂くように成りました。其の度に、大いに向上心を鼓舞されてきましたものです。大会の魅力は沢山御座いますが、その中でも最大の山場はコンテストです。日本中で最も優れた語り部達が集結し、その技術、気力を尽くして競う、これがコンテストの醍醐味であります。語り部、聴衆、大会役員が三位一体となり卓越したコンテストを形成するのです。過去に参加したコンテストを拝見する中で、その語りの多彩さ、技術の高さにトーストマスターズクラブには斯くも有能の人材が有るものか！と驚嘆し敬服した次第で有ります。

大会に参加すること、そして何らかの役割を得ることは貴重な学びの機会そして百年の知己を得ることに他なりません。この好機を是非皆様にご活用頂き、大いに学んで頂きたく強く所望しております。当会議に於きまして、一人でも多くの皆様方、そして将来のリーダーにお近づきに成れますことを大変楽しみにして居ります。

“The Evaluation Contest” It is held once every four years.

This type of contest demands huge differences from other kinds of contests.
In ordinary contest, Contestants tell their own messages or expressions to the audience.

On the other hand, contestants are required the skills of understanding Test Speaker in “The Evaluation Contest”.
Contestants are judged how they pick up on Test Speaker’s feelings and mentioning the points even the person doesn’t notice.

The distinguished contestants who win each division will compete with top of mind reading skills.

Don’t miss it!

We, members in Division E are waiting for many of you come to the national contest!

４年に一度行われる論評のコンテスト。それは、他のコンテストと大きく異なるものが求められます。

他のコンテストがコンテスタント自らのメッセージや表現を多くの人に伝えるものであるのに対し、
この論評コンテストはテストスピーカーその人のメッセージや気持ちをどれだけ汲み取り、
時にはテストスピーカーが気付いていなかったところまで察することができるか。
云わば相手を理解する力が求められるコンテストです。

各ディビジョンを勝ち抜いた全国屈指のコンテスタント、察する力の頂点の熱弁そして競演を、
