トーストマスターズ各クラブ会員の皆様、こんにちは。

私は、トーストマスターズに入会して7年近くになりますが、
 今回、初めて全国大会の運営の
 お手伝いをすることになり、
 何もかもが初めての経験で
大会を作り上げていく大変さ
 そして、難しさを体感しました。

しかし、運営側として
大変さだけではない
皆で力を合わせて
 コンテストを形づくっていく
面白さや喜びも体感することができたのです。
 運営側の1人として
意見を述べたり
 アイデアを実行することで
普段の例会への参加だけでは得られないリーダーシップを取る勉強になり、自分に自信がついてきます。

コンテストを見に来てくださる
皆様が心の底から楽しめる
 そして学びのあるコンテストに
 なるように私も微力ながら
 お手伝いさせていただけたら
 と思っています。

皆様と会場でお会い出来るのを
楽しみにしています。



Dear Members of Toastmasters Club, and guests,

Hello, I'm guide leader.

Around seven years passed since I joined Toastmasters club, and this is first time for me to join this steering committee of District 76 Fall Conference.

All tasks, businesses, and actions are new for me, and I felt interest and delight with joining it even though there are many dificulties.

Conference and contests cannot be held by one person, but needed big power of many people. Toastmaters.

It was important chance for getting ledaership skill with suggesting about a plan, finding new idea, and make it true.

I was surprised that now I got more strong confidence compared to myself before joining it.

I really hope each of you enjoy, and get some tips through this conference, and I promice, I can support you to do it.

I cannot wait to see you!!
